Seat holds its shape
Eight months in, the cushion has not flattened where I sit. There is no dip in the middle and the edges have not softened.

Comfortable for a full working day
I sit from nine to six with breaks. My back is not sore at the end, which was not true of the office chair I had before.

Feels solid when I lean back
The base is wide and the column does not flex. I can lean without the chair feeling like it is about to tip.

Casters roll quietly on wood
No clatter on a hardwood floor, which was the reason I replaced the last chair. It also rolls across a rug without digging in.

Good height range for a tall user
At 188 centimetres I usually sit too low at a standard desk. This one rises far enough that my forearms sit level with the keyboard.

Built it alone in half an hour
Every part was labelled and the bolts were bagged by step. I put it together alone with the included key and nothing was missing.
