Sarah KVerified purchase
Very comfortable, casters are loud
Support and build are both good. The wheels clatter on a hard floor, so I put a mat under the chair within a week. Everything else has been solid.

Tall enough for a 190 cm user
Most chairs top out too low for me. This one goes high enough that my knees sit at a right angle and my feet are flat.

Feels planted, even on carpet
The base is wide enough that leaning back does not feel like tipping. On a thick carpet it still moves when I want it to, which my old chair never managed.

Good chair, one screw needed persuasion
Everything assembled cleanly except one hole that needed slight pressure to line up. Twenty-five minutes instead of twenty, and solid afterwards.

Does not get sticky in summer
After a two-hour session the seat still feels dry, which was not true of my last chair. I no longer stand up wanting to change shirts.
