Good chair, seat cushion is firm
Support and build are both strong. The seat is firmer than I expected, so the first week felt like sitting on a bench until it softened. Fine now, but worth knowing.

Looks good in a living room
Restrained styling rather than racing stripes. It works in a home office that is also the main room.

Quiet on a video call
No squeaks when I shift position, which matters when the microphone is open all day. The old chair was audible on every call.

Bought a second for my wife
She tried mine for an evening and asked for her own. Both have been in daily use since without any issues.
