Solid build, seat is deep
Quality and support are both good. The seat pan is deeper than average, so shorter users may find the backrest too far away.

Assembly instructions were accurate
Every part was labelled and the diagram matched the actual pieces. It took me one attempt with no leftover screws.

Posture noticeably better
I catch myself slouching less because the chair does not let me. Two months in, the difference in how my back feels at the end of a day is clear.
