Ethan TVerified purchase
Plain colour, no logos shouting
It is a dark grey shell with one small mark on the back. It does not draw attention in a client meeting, which is exactly what I wanted for an office desk.

Nina NVerified purchase
Weight is evenly spread
Picking it up for a reposition feels balanced rather than nose-heavy. My only complaint is that a lighter version would be easier on my shoulder during long sessions.

Replacement glides fit easily
The feet are a standard shape, so third-party replacements went on without trimming. Being able to refresh them instead of replacing the whole mouse is worth something.
Alice EVerified purchase
Replacement arrived without argument
The wheel developed a click after seven months. I sent one message with the order number and a new unit shipped the same week, no return shipping cost.
