Arabic legends are clear
The Arabic characters are printed at a readable size next to the Latin ones, not squeezed in. My father uses it without complaint.

Browser key is only half useful
It opens the default browser, which is fine, but there is no way to point it at a specific profile. I use the taskbar instead most days.

Cyrillic layout is complete
Every character I need is printed, including the ones that differ between layouts. I did not have to stick labels on the keys.
