Fans are quiet at the low setting
At the lowest speed I cannot hear it over the laptop's own fans. The higher setting is audible but not distracting during a meeting.

Takes up more desk space than expected
It works well and the cooling is real. Worth knowing that it needs a fairly deep desk, because it pushed my keyboard closer to the edge.

Solid, angle settings are stepped
Cooling is effective and the build is fine. The angle adjusts in fixed steps rather than continuously, so the exact position I wanted is not available.

Solved a summer problem
My flat gets warm in July and the laptop would throttle by mid-afternoon. With this underneath it holds performance through the hottest part of the day.
