Survived a drop onto tile

It fell off a standing desk onto a hard floor and the shell took a small scuff. Everything still works, including the wheel and both side buttons.

Wheel was stiff for the first week

Out of the box the scroll needed a firm push and I nearly returned it. It loosened up after about ten days of use, and now the tension feels right.

Stays put on a desk mat

It does not slide when I rest my hand on it, and it does not catch on the stitched edge of the mat either. Small thing, but it removes a distraction.

Feet are still smooth a year on

The glides have not flattened or picked up grit, so it still moves with the same light resistance it had out of the box. No scratching sound on the desk.

The textured panels on both sides are still intact after ten months. My previous mouse had a smooth patch on the right side within half a year.

Clicks are audible but not sharp

In a quiet room you can hear them, but there is no high-pitched snap. Fine for a home office. In a shared room with four people I would still choose something quieter.
