Good pair, packaging was basic
Everything works as advertised. The box had minimal padding, so I would not want to ship it around, but it arrived intact.

Two devices at once
Connected to the laptop and the phone simultaneously. A call comes in and the headset switches without me doing anything.

No pressure on the jaw
I have a small head and most headsets hang loose or squeeze. This one sits properly with the cups centred over my ears.

Balanced sound out of the box
No need to equalise anything. Voices sound natural, music is not over-boosted, and the bass is present without dominating.

Perfect for open-plan offices
It keeps my audio in and enough of the room out. I can focus without feeling cut off from people around me.
