Very good, no wrist rest in the box
The board itself is excellent for long sessions. At this height I would have liked a wrist rest included rather than buying one separately.

Typing accuracy improved
I was making a typo every other sentence on my old board. The key spacing and the firmer bottom-out fixed that within a week.

Keys feel the same a year later
A year of daily typing and no key has softened or started sticking. That consistency is what I want from an office keyboard.

Bought it for the quiet, stayed for the feel
The reason was noise in a shared flat. The surprise is how pleasant the keys are to type on for hours.
