Ergonomic curve is not a gimmick
The keyboard lifts my wrists into a natural angle and the mouse follows the same shape. After two weeks the tension in my forearms was gone.

Compact layout takes adjusting
The smaller footprint is exactly what I wanted for a narrow desk. The arrow keys are condensed, though, and I kept hitting the wrong one for the first few days.

Bought five for the team
Ordered one to test, then five more for the office. Everyone found it comfortable within a day and nobody has asked for a replacement since.
